Twelve-year-old wins latest NASCAR race!
(And he's a cheater)

I was going to write this on Monday, but they were still investigating why Matt Kenseth's car was one-quarter inch lower than it should have been.  The same thing happened to Junior last year, and they let him off with a fine and didn't take away his win.  Today they announced that they will fine the team $30,000 and not take away the points, so it has no bearing on our results.

Somebody has to explain to Brian Kennealy that the league is harder than this.  Leeto, too.  What's with these two?  Two straight 500 point weeks for each of them.  In fact, they have four of the five 500 point weeks (Tristan has the other one).  The odd thing is that they don't have any common drivers on the two teams.  Of course, there are 28 more races before the playoffs, so I'm thinking that their luck will run out soon enough.  Tim, on the other hand, will remain in last place for the whole season.

Mike's move to drop Mike Skinner and pick up Jeff Green looks pretty good after one week, as does Tristan's move to pick up Jimmy Johnson at the expense of Casey Atwood before Race 1.  Through two races, Johnson has 197 points, Atwood has 104.

Did you all hear about Steve Park practicing without incident last week?  I hope not.  I'm going to pick him up while the rest of you are sleeping.
