Origins/Evolution

• Blackrock ex-patriots' rugby club
• Split into 'The Borderers' and the' Anglos'
• both clubs grow as fierce rivalry develops within Southwest Ontario Rugby Union
• SWORU merges with NRU (Niagara Rugby Union)
• The Anglos grow into the 'Rogues' as the 'Borderers' fold

Today

• advanced to NRU 1st division
• As a small club with limited numbers, retricted to NRU
• perenniel contenders for league title thru-out '90s
• 1996 NRU champs
• recent recruitment has seen beginnings of Mens B,
• Womens and junior development
