POTATO
CASSEROLE- 8 potatoes cooked,
peeled, and cubed
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
- 3/4 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
- 6 slices
bacon
Mix potatoes,mayonaise,and
cheese in greased casserole dish
Dice 6
slices uncooked bacon
Arrange on
top
Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven,
1st
half hour,
covered,
last half hour,
uncovered
May make ahead and
refrigerate
Serve hot
CHEDDAR & BEEF
GOULASH- 1 can cut green
beans,drained
- 1 1/2 tbsp.butter or
margarine,melted
- 1 1/2 pounds ground
beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp.
flour
- 1/2 tsp.seasoned salt
- 1/2
tsp.salt
- 1/4 tsp.lemon pepper
- 1 can
tomato sauce
- 8 oz. macaroni,cooked
- 1
cup grated cheddar cheese
In skillet
brown beef in butter or margarine
Add
onion, cook until tender
Blend in flour
and seasonings
Stir in tomato
sauce
Simmer mixture 5 minutes
Add
macaroni and green beans,
toss lightly but
well
Pour into greased shallow baking
pan
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake in
preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes
or until bubbly and lightly brownedCHICKEN NOODLE
CASSEROLE-
1 can tomato soup
-
1 chopped onion
-
1 can cream of mushroom soup
-
1 can water
-
1 lb. noodle(uncooked)
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
4-6 pieces of chicken
Combine all ingredients in large casserole
dish
Place chicken on topoff
everything
Bake 375 degrees for 1
hour
ROBIN HOOD PORK
CASSEROLE-
6 Large thick porkchops
-
1 Cup applesauce
-
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
-
1 Cup cranberries or 1 (16 oz. can
whole-berry cranberry sauce (not the
jellied)
Brown chops in frying pan
Put applesauce
and onion soup mix in a 2 quart casserole
Add shops and cranberries to casserole
Cover and bake at 325 for 1 and 1/2
hours
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
-
1 tsp. soy sauce
-
Dash pepper
-
4 cups cooked cut green beans
-
1 1/3 cups French's French fried onions
MIX soup, milk, soy, pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in 1 1/2-qt. casserole.
BAKE at 350°F. for 25 min. or until hot.
STIR.
Sprinkle with remaining onions.
Bake 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
