DIJON VINAIGRETTE DRESSING- 1/4 cup dijon mustard

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon minced garlic (5-6 cloves)

1 tablespoon grated onion (or 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes)
Combine all ingredients in a covered jar or dressing cruet.
Shake until well mixed.
