Vineyard:
The soil is composed of chalk and clay. Production
is limited to only 40,000 bottles.
Vinification:
Traditional vinification for the Carignan while the
Syrah and Mourvedre are vinified via carbonic
maceration.
Tasting:
A well concentrated wine with a deep ruby color
and a powerful nose of red fruits and berries. Serve
at 59 degrees with red meats and medium cheese.
