        Location:       In the village of Conques sur Orbiel,
                            in the Department of Aude.

        Cepages:       Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah

        VIneyard:      29 hectares

        Soil:             Clay-chalky soils which benefit from the
                            Atlantic climate with a Mediterranean
                            influence.

        Vinifcation:    De-stalked and crushed harvest, traditional 
                            vinification, long fermenting (30 days)
                            in wood.

         Comments:   Nice ruby color, fruity nose with spicy 
                             notes and long in the finish.

          Serving:       A perfect selection that will partner well
                             with white meats and mild cheese. Serve 
                             slightly chilled at 52 degrees.
