is an estate bottled red wine that is made exclusively from Merlot and
Cabernet and aged in new French Oak. The entire vendange for this wine
is done by hand. The varietal wines are as is their sister all aged in
new oak and vinified with the utmost care. These wines are very limited
in quantity and should be enjoyed during special occasions.
