Spike a Pose "Oh Xander." Willow sighed into the phone. "You have to take my Madonna tickets." "But I thought you and Tara were really excited for the concert?" "We were but her grandmother is in the hospital. I promised to go with her before I realized the concert was tonight." "I guess I can go." Xander said trying not to sound happy. He loved Madonna. Almost as much as he loved Britney. But he couldn't afford tickets. Here was his chance. "Thanks Xander." "Did I hear you are going to see Madonna? The Madonna?" Spike squealed. "Oh no. Do you remember what you did to The Spice Girls and Britney Spears? You don't deserve to go!" "Oh come on! I'll move out on you!" Spike threatened. "You wouldn't!" Xander cried. "Fine you can come with me! But if you try to bite anyone!" "I won't. Strike a pose! En Vogue!" Spike waltzed to the kitchen for a snack. "Oh man." Xander plopped down in his chair and sighed. So they headed to the Sunnydale Centrum that night with tickets in hand for The New Madonna, tour. "I want to meet Madonna so bad." Spike sighed. "Like that would happen in a million years." "Hey. I could be around that long. You never know." "Shut up. Don't remind me." Xander grimaced as they took their seats. "We will not be able to see Madonna let alone her dance moves from back here." Spike whined. "If I can't see her singing Beautiful Stranger then I will get very mad." "Oh no. I'm afraid." Xander laughed. "Maybe if I just get a little bit closer..." Spike grinned evilly and began shoving his way down the row. "Oh no." Xander shook his head. He ran after Spike but it was to late. The theater was dimming. He watched in dismay as Spike made his way down and by knocking out a security guard made his way backstage. Xander wasn't sure if he should follow. He waited. Apparently Spike wasn't gonna pull his Spice Girls routine. He was going to make his move later. That gave him time to come up with a plan. But while he was coming up with a plan horror struck the pit of his stomach. The song Beautiful Stranger was coming on. That was one of Spike's favorites. And he saw a not so beautiful stranger peeking out from behind the curtain. "Nooo." Xander moaned. "I had a dream of a beautiful stranger, he could be good for me I have a taste for danger!" Madonna belted out. Spike scrambled out in full vamp face and an Austin Powers costume that must have belonged to some poor actor. Xander covered his face prepared for the worst. But it never came. "Well apparently I have a little danger guy right here. Who are you beautiful stranger?" Spike morphed back to his normal face and grinned. "The name's Spike. International Vampire of Mystery." The crowd roared with laughter. "Stick around stranger." Madonna winked at Spike who struggled to hold back a squeal. Spike hung out on the side of the stage much to the annoyance of her crew. Later on after the concert Xander made his way to Spike. "Hey Spike." He waved to get Spike's attention. Spike ignored him. "I want to meet Madonna too!" "Do you know that guy?" Madonna pointed to Xander. Spike shook his head. Xander had been mean to him earlier. Then he paused. But Xander had also let him come. Spike nodded. "That's me pal Xander." Spike admitted. Madonna motioned for her bodyguards to let him up. Xander frowned then smiled. "I am a huge fan Madonna!" "What do you think of getting her vamped? She would make a killer vampire." Spike asked Xander in a hushed tone. "I say no. Don't you forget. I'm a Slayerette. That's a big no-no." Spike looked at him. "All right. You spoil all my fun." "I need to get going boys." Madonna spoke up. "When I'm in town I'll look you up." She said this more towards Spike than Xander. She wrote something down on a piece of paper and stepped to him to give it to him. She moved to hug him and Xander watched a surprised expression popped up on Spike's face. "Bye Xander." Madonna pinched his cheek. "I got the better cheek pinched!" Spike laughed as they headed out. "We met Madonna. Willow won't believe this!" "But I got this." Spike held up the piece of paper. "Yes. Did you look at what it actually says?" Xander laughed. "You British have poor teeth. Here's the name of my dentist. M." Spike's face fell. "Cheer up. You got to where Austin Power's costume." "Did it look good on me? I might get one for Halloween." "No." Xander shook his head fervently. "It did not look good on you." "Fine you suck. I'm tired. Drive me home." Spike gave him the silent treatment all the way back. But Xander was laughing to hard to himself to notice.
