This is my highest award and is only given out my me, I am sorry but it cannot be applied for.It is given to sites with that little extra "something",which is impossible to define, but instantly obvious when you visit, and warrants an award above "Inspiration"
To get this award 3 nominations are needed,from 3 different people,all reccommending your site.The site needs to be of exceptional quality,both in content and presentation.There must be no dead links,and spelling must be of a reasonable standard. In addition, it should be obvious to me that the person whose site it is knows their subject and is not just copying by rote that which others have written..a site from the heart is a thousand times better than a site from a book.
To get this award you may apply, or have been nominated for it.The site needs to be of a high standard, with reasonable care taken to ensure that all the links work, and the presentation must be good enough to hold the readers' attention.Again it should be clear that the person whose site it is knows their subject, and is not just repeating the words of others.However, due account will be taken of someone who is obviously trying to improve their understanding through references and quotes that may be displayed.
