So you've found this site, and you're wondering "Who the heck is this Melainia person anyway?" Well, first of all, we should clear that Melainia isn't a human, she's a lion. She was my first ever AOL Lion King RPG character, and by far my favorite.

I'm not going to go into Melainia's, or Mel as she was more commonly called, life story (See the Story section for that). She was one of Zira and Scar's cubs, and the mate of Nagra. Her and Nagra ruled the Pridelands for a very long time, and their names are known by everyone in the RPG to this day. Many of their children and their's are still around to this day, and her line is one of the most successful in the Pridelands (See Melainia's Family Tree and you'll see).
