Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request how often I get responses?
Yes, you can request: no prefrence, once a week, once every two weeks or once a
month. Once we connect you, we cannot guarntee the frequency of contact. You must
communicate with your penpal and work it out amongst yourselves.
Do you discriminate against sexal prefrences?
No, we don’t discriminate against any prefrences. Male to male, male to female or
female to female, we don’t care. We are here to help you find someone that you are
interested in, we will fix you up with anyone that you want!
Can I request to be fixed up with more than one person?
Yes, you may request up to three. There is an option on the form to choose either
one, two or three. If you would like to be matched with more than three people, there is a
$5.00 charge per additional person. The reason for the cost, is that each match is
handpicked, and that takes a lot of time and energy! For special requests please e-mail
the webmistress using the mailbox at the bottom of this page!
Who does the matchmaking?
Both webmistress. We take the applicant’s form and choose 5 possible matches.
We then poll our results and decide which three out of the ten are the best matches. If we
both choose three of the same, GREAT!!! IF not we go back to the drawing board and
start again. Your satisfaction is our motivation!
Can I be chosen as a match from someone else’s new request?
Yes, your profile stays in our private files (unless you request to be posted) until you
e-mail us with a request to be taken off our directory. Likewise if your profile is posted,
you must e-mail us with a request to have it removed.
Will I be put on a mailing list?
No, only we have access to your information. We send out an e-mail with first
name, sex & e-mail address to each match. That’s it, if you’re profile isn’t listed, you
will have to tell your matches about yourself.
What if I no longer want to correspond to one or more of my matches?
You will have to handle that yourself. However if special instances we will send out
an e-mail to the said party asking them to stop corresponding with you.
What if I don’t like the matches you have chosen?
Oh well, you can’t please all of the people all of the time!
