This is a list of Long Island Boys NSCHSAA ~ Nassau ~ Suffolk Records. Some of these times are quite amazing. Just as one side note, John Gregorek (NSCHSAA 2 mile & 2k Steeple Record Holder) went on to the Olympics after high school, ran a 3:51 mile, and also currently holds the US Junior record for the 3k Steeple Chase.
