Green leaves that were tipped with a warm brown, hung shimmering in the fresh breeze that hummed gently to me. The startled gaze of a rabbit met my eyes. The ears pricked, start to slide back. Then the rabbit turns and is away, flowing like a bubbling brook into the distance. The encounter leaves a smile on my face.

I turn around and the instant ring of orange around my eyes lets my eyebrows relax. The beautiful sun sitting like a fruit starts to slot in between some hills. I inhale through my nose and triumphantly let the breath tumble out in a sigh, as if it is very profound to do so.

Way off in the distance I see a silver river slipping into a valley and without thinking, trace it up towards me. Then my eyes darting up come across a man walking his dog, he is also looking at the sun.

Its then that I realise and I charge up to the man and grab him. I hug him and he then pushes me off and over. I stand up a little taken aback and then point to the sun.

"Do you see it too. It shines on everything. We’re under it together."
