Zac was a very special little boy. Although I did not have him for very long Zac ment the world to me he was my first born son. Zac lived for 2 and a half months after he was born. Zac was a very sweet little baby and had amazing strength. He was a very happy little guy and was always smiling. I think of him often and although am sad he is not here with me, I am thankful for the time that I got to spend with Zac. I am certain that Zac is with his brother Jacob, in Heaven and playing together. They were both such great little boys and I was very fortunate to have them as my children. I will carry their memories forever and they will always live on in my heart. Losing a child of any age is very difficult. Sometimes I am not sure where my stength comes from to go on but I try to be stong for Zac and Jacob's sister . She does not have this heart disease, and keeps me pretty busy. I have built this site so Zac may be remembered, and as a tribute to my dear little angel.
