Clouds gather as the
sky begins to weep
something hits my chest hard
and knocks me to my feet.
To hear that you had left this world
I knew it was to come
but if it happened a year ago
a year from now
the words would all be underdone.
This nightmare upon the weary
this hell upon the pure
only to have one last
would settle up the score
one last look
one last smile
the magic in your eyes
could make anyone feel the happiness
deep inside.
So innocent , so true
handed the wrong deal
why this had to happen to you?
So many questions with
so much left unsaid.
There's no more pain and no more tears
you will be remembered
through out the years.
Those who knew you-loved
Now you watch over from above.
Your safe
and theres no fear
We love you Jake
and know you are near.
