This is Poody

~MY CAT~

My cat's named Poody.
I'd say shes quite a beauty.
Her big green eyes help her get her own way.
But always she manages
to brighten my day

She occupies my life, with more than just living.
She's a treasure that always seems to be giving.

None could replace that Poody of mine.
one of God's gifts to sit by my side.
I look to find her outside the door.
Then I see her curled up on the kitchen floor.
Waiting to play, my precious little gem
Brightning my day, all over again.

Together we've traveled many of life storms,
She's loyal and faithful; things I adore.
In sickness and health she never leaves me alone
MY cat never strays, to find a new home.
