Nightfall... As you travel down a well-worn path, you look about enjoying the beauty of the landscape. All about you there are animals rustling and making noise, giving a seemingly calming affect to your nerves. You walk along until you come to a fork in the road, with many different paths, each path having it's own look to it. Not thinking too much of it, you pick one at random and begin your way down it. You see an owl in a nearby tree, looking graceful as it turns its head around looking for its prey. To the front of you is an old iron gate with ivy and roses growing around it. Looking past the bars, you see a landscape that is inviting, the flowers and roses lining the brushes and trees. You push open the gates and step through, taking in the scent of the sweet smelling roses and plantlife. You shut the gate behind you thinking that the slight creek of it sounds fitting for this place, thinking it gives it that old look. You begin to move forward, and feel something just isnt right. Ignoring the feeling, you begin to move down the path and turn down one of the many paths.

After what seems like hours, you notice the plantlife has become increasingly thick and the rose smell stronger. Around you is roses of many different colors, all enticing to the eye. You feel your thoughts becoming clouded over and shake your head as though to clear it. You press onward, finding that it's more difficult to walk, though you cannot see why. You find yourself coming to more and more path breaks and begin to realize, the area is just a huge maze. You turn around in hopes of finding your way back, but see that everything looks the same from all around. You check for footprints or breaks in the plantlife, but there are none. You begin to laugh, and go to use your powers to make it to either the entrance or exit, but your powers fail. You try to jump up on top of a nearby stone wall, but you jump in vain, as you keep missing the top of the wall by a lot. The area becomes a bit more menacing and the animal sounds unwanted as your fright begins to grow. Knowing your stuck, you keep moving determined to find your way out one way or another. You begin to feel exhaustion filling your body, and thoughts of never escaping fill your thoughts; until you eventually find yourself in front of a glowing white rose, the only one in the garden you've seen like this. You move closer to it, feeling it's warmth and it's energy giving radiance. Your hand reaches out to touch it, and just then you feel what appears to be hundreds of eyes staring at you. You whirl around and see a flurry of lights scattering to their hiding places. "Wait!" you shout to them, but they're long gone. You take a few steps, looking around as you try to find them, but there is no use. You turn back to the white rose, still feeling drawn to it, and touch it's petals gently, only to see it shrink away, and the wall of vines and plantlife seperate. Looking through the opening, you see a long corridor with a cobblestone path, the walls to the side shimmering strangely as though the stars from above were placed in them.

You walk down the stone path slowly, not sure of what to expect. You still feel as if your being followed, but do not turn around. You just feel you have and need to get to the ending of this maze. You reach a giant stone wall with the head of a wolf engraved on it. You look around the door, but there is no visible buttons or latches. Your feelings of hopelessness fill you through, and you slump up against one of the walls until you reach a sitting position. You shout at the top of your lungs "HELP! I want out of here..." You then hear nothing but silence. You look down in defeat, not noticing the eye of the stone wolf picture beginning to glow. A voice eminates from the wall.
"What reason do you have for being in master Starlight's Garden." You look up in surprise, wondering where the voice came from. You answer to the best of your ability but the wall interrupts you demanding you state what you want. Looking down momentarily, you respond "I want out of this damned maze." The wall begins to glow and opens up, showing a path that branches off into three directions. You look ahead into the distance and see a great castle ahead surrounded by a great forest. You go to take a step, then stop as you look down to see a pit of spikes before you. You look to the other two paths, but they are the same. You hear the wall speak one last time "Choose your path carefully... One will lead you to the Master Starlight.. One will lead you to the entrance.. One will lead you to your death." That being said, the stone wall slams shut, trapping you into making your choice. You begin to move, knowing to yourself that anyway you choose.. you'll be out of this maze..
