1-1-2. All EU countries (except Bulgaria) have implemented this change, and since the GSM mobile phone standard designates 1-1-2 as an emergency number, it will redirect it in places like North America (redirects to 9-1-1) or Australia (redirects to 0-0-0). In the UK, they can also still dial 9-9-9.
