Answer for 4/10:

What do Marquis de Lafayette, Winston Churchill, Raoul Wallenberg, William and Hannah Callowhill Penn and Mother Theresa all have in common?

All six, having been born outside the United States, were granted Honorary Citizenship of the United States, because of their remarkable actions. Churchill was first, in 1963. A seventh, Kazimierz Pulaski, has been approved by the Senate and is awaiting approval by the House of Representatives and President Obama's signature. There is also a bill seeking honorary citizenship for Anne Frank.
