Answer for 6/25:
On July 3, 1999, Billy Mitchell became the first person to ever complete a perfect game (all 256 levels with a maximum score of 3,333,360 points).
What game was this?
Pac-Man. It took Mitchell about 6 hours to do it, eating every fruit, pellet, blue ghost and dot without losing a life. Later, Mitchell offered $100,000 to anyone who could provably pass through the Split-Screen Level before January 1, 2000. The prize was never claimed.
