Weary words unspoken,
and broken hearts remain,
a shattered love left broken,
and a soul that cries in pain.
Truths that leave you lonely,
and lies that make you blind,
betrayal that leads you only,
to leave your faith behind.
The future will mislead you,
and the past is etched in stone,
the anguish you will go through,
when you find youself alone.
Dreams have lost their luster,
and reality sets in,
it takes so much strength to muster,
all the darkness from within.
Cruelty has destoyed you,
and your tenderness unfurled,
above the life you go through,
you still face the unfair world.
Whispered tales of sadness,
and screaming cries of pain,
you drove yourself to madness,
yet these broken hearts remain.
