Kestrel
Soar!
Kestrel eye
Glimpse
The half
Hurrying
Hares tail
Flick
Flicker
Flight
Fleeing the kestrel
Who soars so high
See him, hare?
See him rabbit
And fieldmouse?
And scurrying creature of the preyed upon world
And little rodent in the wood
See the kestrel?
So high up?
See him?
See his beak
Sharp and shining
See how his wings
The breezes are climbing?
See those talons
Fierce and cruel
See him, prey?
See the kestrel?
Too bad
Cos he saw YOU.
