Hello Mom, I sense you need to hear from me.
I feel you Mom, just so sad and so lonely.
I know it's hard for you to go on every day.
Believe me Mom, I don't want you feeling this way.
I want you to cherish all the memories we shared.
And know Mom that I knew you always cared.
God blessed my life with you for 13 loving years.
Mom, please listen to me through your many tears.
Though my candle burned out long before it should.
You made the life I had so loving and so good.
If I were there I'd go out and shout aloud.
"I love my Mom, of her I'm just so proud!"
Not a day goes by Mom that I don't think of you.
I wish that you could be here in Heaven too.
But you know I'm not selfish and I await that glorious day.
That at Heaven's gate we'll hug again in our special way.
Nobody knows the pain I know you feel so deep.
No one knows the sadness that from others you keep.
But Mom, please let the silent sadness go away.
And trust that I am there with you every day.
You didn't let me, your little angel go away.
God decided I had to leave on that final day.
You were there and blessed my life so much.
Mom I'll always remember your voice, your touch.
Please Mom dry your tears and give a smile for me.
I love you so much, please don't live in misery.
In my heart you will remain forever more.
Until we reunite at Heaven's golden door.
