Best Friends Forever

Heather and Emily were the treasures that Heaven sends.
They spent their time together as the best of friends.
Where you looked for one the other could be found.
If you saw Heather, then Emily was sure to be around.



Good girls these two, never a worry to anyone.
Such good friends, they were loved by everyone!
They shared each other's secrets about everything.
What happiness to others these girls always did bring.



God blessed these friends with such love and caring.
They were like sisters, always laughing and sharing.
It was obvious for each other they were Heaven sent.
And their time together was always well spent.



God in His infinite wisdom saw this from above.
And shone down on these friends with so much deserved love.
But fate stepped in and Heather and Emily went away.
In the twinkling of an eye, one sad and terrible day.



Oh what heartache sometimes it seems that Heaven sends.
But we mustn't forget that Heather and Emily are now forever friends.
They left our world together as if it were meant to be.
Now hand in hand as angels for all eternity.



Best friends in life and now in Heaven above.
Thank God you all shared these special angel's love.
And I know that forever in your own memory.
You will always remember best friends Heather and Emily.
