Bio

Ashley Souza has been performing on stage since the age of 5, singing in various musical theater productions, concerts, and events. At the age of 12, she continued her musical theater career by participating in a New England travelling musical theater revue known as "Kidz a' Poppin'", that included performances at the Hatch Shell in Boston. Souza began studying classical voice at the age of 13 with Lin Wallin Schuller of South Easton, MA. Since her pursuit of the classical realm, Souza has performed a solo of Martini's "Domine ad Aduvandeme" with the 2001 Massachusetts All-State Chorus at Symphony Hall, and performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Tanglewood at the Kousevitsky Shed and Ozawa Hall in the Young Artist's Vocal Program Chorus at Tanglewood in 1999. Souza is currently enrolled at Berklee College of Music, studying Music Business, performing in the Musical Theater Club as well as activly pursuing songwriting. She will begin the next chapter of her education in the fall at the Boston Conservatory, majoring in Vocal Performance.
