                On January 23, 2009 the TOP 66 photos of the year will be announced on this site.
                *Monthly Grand and Mini-Overall winners automatically qualify for the Top 66
                Photos and first names will be viewable.              

                On January 31, 2009 the TOP 33 photos of the year will be announced on this site.
