"end" of Rednex changed Annikas life again. She
sold her company, committed herself for youth-programms
against alcohol, drugs and violence and for children who
are cancer patients. She concentrated herself 150% on her
first solo-album "Me
& Myself". When her career with Rednex began, Annika was asked to do a solo-project. During her career with Rednex she wrote every song in planes and hotels by herself. Annika:"All the lyrics are things that really happened. Itīs important for me to tell the listener something, to share my love for music with other people." In Octobre 1996 Annika released her first solo-single "Flower in my garden". On this CD you can find the ballad "Sometimes an Angel", too. The video was recorded on Sicily. A half year later, in April 1997 she released "The Reddest Rose", a song in finest pop-style. Go on |
