A perfect 10!!!
"Going Where The Lonely Go" was the most relevant album Haggard made in the 80's. Every track included sounds as if it were meant to be heard in succession with the previous. This entire album has a lackadaisical feeling that makes the listener want to just sit back and relax.
"Going Where The Lonely Go" and "You Take Me For Granted" both went to #1 in 1982. Haggard was just warming up though as he would score five more #1's within the next 24 months!
