Even Saddam, simply never had enough to fill his addictions to power, wealth and things. He was a bottomless pit and no different from an alcoholic or a drug addict. Bush, like him, has an addiction to power, wealth and things, he just couches it in nicer terms. The same side of the same coin, it takes one to know one, like attracts like.

Notice how the Dalai Lama presents a contrast to the Chinese. He is exile, not power. He has a small nation of true believers in diaspora. He seeks not force to overcome force, rather a peaceful cooperation to create autonomy. The key is patience for the Tibetans.

Think of the universe as a giant machine, a play toy. It functions best as a free flow of energy. With its boundless supply of abundance there need be no cause for alarm. Therefore all concerned may go about their business reassured all is well in their world.

This safety net is God's gift to all. That they may pursue what is meaningful to them amidst the all that there is. It takes courage at times to turn your back on preconceived notions and ideas, and the reward is freedom, trust and flow.
