Although I was as far from athletic as it was possible to be, I served as the statistician for the Weequahic baseball team. I kept the score book, recording pitches and plays.
As a reward for this participation I received a Weequahic letter in baseball which, of course, I never had the nerve to actually wear since the real athletes walked around with their letter sweaters. I did keep my letter, however, and I am attaching a picture of it with an adjacent scale so you can work out the actual size.
