Game Review
Forced to play without senior Mike Petersen (illness), HCS struggled against Littlerock and lost 62-39. Only senior Zach Howard was able to score in double figures with 12 points. Littlerock's Van Arsdale lead all scorers with 20 points and his teammate Erahon added 13 points. Simply put, HCS played Division V basketball against a Div II team. The Patriots had 21 turnovers, often looking like Keystone cops trying to get the ball past half court. The turnover to assist ratio was almost a negative 4-1. HCS was only able to muster 4 three pointers from the 22 attempts they took. They shot just over 50% from the charity line. Coach Dobyns struggled to find any five players that played well together. HCS is now 4-4 and meets California Lutheran on December 20.

Game Preview
In the championship day, HCS will take on Littlerock for third place of the Hesperian Scorpion Rotary Classic. This is the first time ever meeting for these two teams. Littlerock got to this game by losing to Brstow and Apple Valley but beating San Bernardino. HCS arrived here by beating Norte Vista and losing to Knight and Hesperia.
