Employer ID Numbers (EINs)

 
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a federal tax identification number, and is used to identify a business entity. Generally, businesses need an EIN.

 

You Need a Federal Tax Id:

  1. if you have a corporation,

  2. if have employees, or

  3.  To use it to open a business business bank acount,  if don't want to use your social to open a bank account.

  4. If you want to build corporate business credit

1. Incorporate or Form an LLC

3. Open a  Business Bank Account
4. Obtain a D-U-N-S Number
5. Comply with Local and State Licensing Laws
Obtain all necessary Business Licences, permits, etc.
6. Business Phone  and Yellow Pages Listing
7. Same Business Address
Use the same business address used for  DUNS number, the yellow pages and phone number as well as on Business Licences and  credit cards .
8. Apply to friendly Creditors
