Making Hanging Files for CD Storage

This little tutorial will show you how to make hanging files for your CD's.
I have found this to be the most effective way to store them,
uses ZERO desk space, ZERO dollars spent on CD Racks and
other storage methods, and your CD's are always at your fingertips,
no fumbling thru cases or holders.
Note that if you're inclined to spend 8 to 10 bucks for a 5-pack of
something very similar to these these you can get them at OfficeMax.
I think it's too much! Total cost to store 200 CD's this way: Appr. $10.

You will Need:

1. Hanging File folders.
2. Vinyl Sheet Protectors (not essential, you can use light card stock if you don't want see-thru pockets).
3. Standard office stapler.

Instructions:

1. Cut your File folders as indicated in Figure 1.
2. Use an X-acto knife and a ruler to cut the right and left edges from the sheet protectors, and the bottom, so you have two separate thin vinyl sheets. Then fold each of these in half lengthwise.
3. Follow the instructions in Figure 2 and Figure 3 to finish up.

This will give you 2 pockets front and 2 back...4 per hanging file!
