On May 11, the core group of Light Zone girls met at Leah Shirley's house for a night of makeovers and gossip. Unfortunetly, we never got around to that. We were too busy toilet paper some houses, going Crocodile Hunting in the canal, participating in the Leah Shirley Olympics, making ridiculously imcriminating video footage, and having our own Tryouts for MTV's Spring Break.

-Arrive at their house. Toilet paper their car. Get the heck out of there-
This didn't go over exactly how we wanted it to. Luke, the dog, greeted us as soon as we pulled up. That's a LOUD dog. But it didn't really matter. Mr. and Mrs. Hine were still awake, watching TV. The barking alarmed Mr. Hine, so he went outside to check it out. We were hiding behind his truck, but we couldn't keep quiet. So as a decoy, we sent in Audrey, Amanda, Shannon, and Sheri inside as Anita, Jill, Carrie, and I did our thing. It wasn't long until we were done. It wasn't perfect, but it was done. We grabbed the cars, grabbed our decoys, and got the heck out of there. We later found out that they knew all along what we were doing and they cleaned it up that night.
On the other side of town, we hit the house of The Thayers. We managed to hit their mail box, their tire swing, their car, and the bushes on the side of the house. It was quick, and it was quiet. This was the best job that we did...why? Because we didn't get caught. The next morning we called over and volunteered to clean up their yard. We should be sainted.
I was sure we were going to get caught on this one. I mean, come on. It's in plain site of the police stations. There's cars patrolling their all night long. And to top it off, it's right across the street from our church. And Mr. Cameron is our minister. If the police didn't arrest us, I was sure God would strike us down with a lightning bolt from the sky. But this was THE BIG ONE. It had to be done. So with all fear aside, we did what we came to do. We put all of our cookies into this mission. The yard was beautifully decorated. And as we departed, we were blessed with the site of Mrs. Cameron, standing at her front door, admiring the piece of art that only Light Zone girls can create.
