Cybernetic Hand 4 ( Plasticity [ can be formed into any shape, with intensity 4, or weapon of up to +2], Elongation [ can be fired up to 200 feet, with a tether])

Hindrances:  Susceptible to Dehydration, Triggered Powerless ( Aquaman must immerse himself in water at least once a day, or be splashed with a large quantity of water.  If he cannot, then he loses on card from his handsize per day he does without, to a minimum of 2.  This does not reduce his edge )

 

Personality:  Utterly dedicated to the protection of Atlantis and the sea; prone to giving orders; quick tempered; brooding; trusts the senior members of the League completely; dutiful; League no longer his highest priority
