   This field is perpetually on. It dampens all forms of EM energy (light, magnetism, electricity, sound, gravity, cosmic energy, etc.). Any energy that encounters this field will be reduced by intensity of 20. Any energy intensity reduced to 0 or less dissipates. Aquarian can change the size of this field from a 5" field around his body, to everything in Striking Distance, to everything in Shooting Distance, but not beyond that. To change the size of the field, Aquarian must make an Average (8) Power action every exchange he wants to control the field. Otherwise, the field will revert to its default size of everything in Striking Distance. A side-effect of dampening gravity is that Aquarian can levitate at will. He can achieve walking speeds while levitating.
