NOTE: Ordinarily, Bliss's powers remain at 10 intensity. Around special holidays (Valentine's Day, for example) and on other occasions (weddings, parties, etc.), her Heat Control increases above 10 (maximum 17), reflecting the large amount of positive emotional energy. Alternately, negative emotional energy reduces her Heat Control (min 1). A reduction may also occur if there are no emotions to convert, such as in the void of space. The Narrator should decided the level at which Joy's Heat Control operates.

Joy is a happy-go-lucky girl who enjoys her work as a dance teacher. She's aware of her mutant powers, but had decided to hide them. Being a mutant confuses her a little, but overall she thinks of herself as being unique, rather than deformed or scary.

It is rumored that she is dating a member of the New Warriors. I wonder who?
