Hindrance:   Artificial Heart (If hurt by Electrical Attacks of 8 or more damage, Cardiac must make an Average (8) Strength action. Failure indicates that his artificial heart has malfunctioned. He then must make another Average (8) Strength action. If he fails again, draw a card. If it's a positive aura, Cardiac must rest for an aura duration from shortness of breath and pressure in the chest. If it's a neutral aura, he's forced to the ground for 2 aura durations from violent, paralyzing chest pains. If it's a negative aura, he has a heart attack and he needs immediate medical attention.)

Personality:   He views himself as the Hand of Justice. He feels it's his role to bring to account the immoral whose crimes are protected by position ot technicality. He is not concerned for what's legal or illegal.

  • His heart and most (if not all) of his arms have been replaced by bionic implants of material 14.
    
  • If his heart develops an arrhythmia, it can be stabilized by accessing maintenance machines in his secure lab. He accesses them through a port located in the palm of his left hand.
    
  • His body's beta technology generates vast amounts of beta energy which he can release through his hands at intensity 12, but is limited to Striking distance. He needs his Staff to project the energy at Firing Distance.

  • His staff focuses beta energy produced by his bionic technology. He can fire this as an Energy Blast 16
    
  • Cardiac can cause the staff to elongate and use it as a vaulting pole. He can vault up to 30 feet with a successful Average (8) agility action.
    
  • His staff connects to his remote controlled Wings, which his uses to hold on while he flies.
