   Halflife can age any organic being or organic material half way through its normal lifespan. She must make physical contact with her target. Living victims lose -2 to all physical abilities and -1 to mental abilities, including powers. Every touch also permanently reduces the hand size by 1. All these effects last until she chooses to reverse them or she is knocked unconscious. Upon these circumstances, the victim regains everything instantly.
   Armor provides no protection from her touch, although Force Fields do. Halflife cannot age inorganic materials or inorganic beings, including energy beings and androids.
