Rumplestiltskin is the evil, fey creature of legend who tricked a helpless young woman into trading her first born for his ability to spin gold from thread. Fortunately, she was able to beat him at his own game by guessing his name and banishing him from the dimension of men for a thousand years.

He has returned to world of humans to gain revenge. Drawing his power from the innocence of youth, he intends to rob the world of their children and ultimately to send of all mankind to the same pocket dimension where he was imprisoned for a thousand years.

Rumplestiltskin is human-sized, but has an oversized head, with a maw full of sharp teeth. He is covered in black and brown hair. His ears end in a point and his fingers end in claws. He wears torn and tattered clothes. He is accompanied by his goblin lackeys, who are really transformed children that he has stolen. He also has at his command various other fairy creatures.
