| Wally the Green Monster is a strange and mysterious creature. Named after Fenway's very-own Green Monster, Wally has been a dedicated Red Sox fan since 1912 and has reportedly lived behind the left field wall since 1947. The Red Sox inducted Wally as their official mascot on April 13, 1997. |
