HEIGHT: 6'7" WEIGHT: 300 lbs. NFL EXPERIENCE: 1 year ACQUIRED: July 17, 2000 from an offshore fisherman who rescued MAMBO from a mysterious sinking vessel. The kind fisherman brought MAMBO back to shore and showed him all the wonderful things about New Orleans and the Gulf South. Mambo was so fascinated with Saints football, Mardi Gras and the overall appeal that is the Gulf South that he decided to stay and tryout for the team. Although he worked extremely hard he did not make the final cut at Training Camp 2000 in Thibodaux. However, the Saints were so impressed with MAMBO'S dedication and passion for Saints Football that they asked him to be their Official Court Jester. FAVORITE FOOD: All seafood especially boiled crawfish and shrimp, beignets and of course King Cake. FAVORITE SONGS: "Mardi Gras Mambo" and "When the Saints Go Marching In".
