INSTALLING A PLAYSTATION MOD CHIP or NEO KEY

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR MOD CHIP INSTALLATION:
Philips Head Screwdriver
Soldering Iron (Pencil tip type at 15 Watts or less)
Solder (Low Melting Point)
Wire Cutter/Striper (optional)
Electrical Tape (optional)
Step 1
Locate the model number and/or serial number of
your console. The model number will begin
with "SCPH" and the serial
number will begin with "U". These numbers are listed on a sticker
located on the bottom or back of your Playstation console.
Step 2
Select the appropriate installation link below, according to your Playstation model number.

How do I make my Game Enhancer/Game Shark work with a
PSX Stealth Mod Chip?
1. Open the lid, put the cd in the unit, leave the lid open.
2. Turn on the Playstation.
3. Pick whatever cheat codes you want to use.
4. Close the lid and press the button to start the game within 1-2
seconds of closing the lid.
You must do this procedure because the units like the Game Enhancer/Game Shark take
over the boot process and since the Stealth Chip must go into Stealth mode in order to
beat the new protection you must tell the chip to wake up before you tell the game to
boot.
