I remember growing up in the projects in NYC. Elderly and handicapped people were placed on the first floor because of their disabilities. Thugs would intimidate these poor people and use their 1st floor apartments as getaway routes. These guys made the people give them sets of keys so that they could go through the door and out the windows at will.
This went on until I became a teenager, then my Christian friends and I took our projects back!
What these guys have done to my neighbors in Arad, reminded me of those thugs and how they operated!
