I forgot to mention that a couple of weeks ago when we went fishing for the 1st time the scenic view was totally awesome but the banks of the lake were trashed.
This time while the guys loaded up their fishing gear, I packed a yard rack, garbage bags, and work gloves.
Well, I did a nice job cleaning up the bank while the guys tried catching fish to no avail. It was during this trip that I noticed a green slime substance on the surface of the water. I thought perhaps it had something to do with the nearby Dimona nuclear plant or something.
When shown the pictures, Lura said that it’s a sign that the water has an oxygen deficiency.
Fishing Tip #3 will be The Jordan River and The Galilee!
