The Seven Noahide Laws

7 Laws of Noah Sheva Mitzvot B'nei Noach

The first video in this series you may find to be somewhat boring. But, if you listen closely you will hear this guy referring to Jesus not by name, instead calling Him “this person”. And, while telling a story about a Catholic Priest, he mutters something about "this Yeshu person". (Yeshu as an acronym for yimmach shemo vezikhro, meaning "May his name and memory be blotted out.") Yeshu is a derogatory Jewish term used in reference to Yeshua (Jesus).

In essence, according to the Talmud, a non-Jew can get to heaven by keeping these 7 laws (mitzvot). A Jew or a convert to Judaism must keep 613 mitzvot. In any case, all must reject or denounce Jesus as Lord and Savior.

You will also see a video of people vowing before God and the Sanhedrin to keep these 7 laws. For this they received a certificate signed by the Sanhedrin who declares them to be Righteous Gentiles. You also see them doing a happy dance along with members of the Sanhedrin.

Gal 3:10-14
10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. KJV

Eccl 5:4-6
4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.
6 Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands? KJV
