Charlie celebrates Birthday with an Award from Independent Saints

Independent Saints Player of the Month Award for September in association with First Active

Ugandan international Charles Livingstone Mbabazi was presented with his award by Independent Saints members John Paul Richard and Sean McGillen prior to kick off at the game against Shels at Richmond Park.

Charlie, who recently turned 21 is now one of the top scorers in the eircom league with 7 goals. The award was shown live an RTE television and was mentioned in the match report of The Star newspaper. Charlie, like all our award winners to date went on to score on the night of his presentation to maintain a remarkable record.
