In order to join my webring your site must comply with these simple rules:
Your site must contain a page dedicated to quotes of some sort.
Your site must contain no pornography, vulgar language or links to any of these sites.
The URL and email address that you register with should be valid. If either change, you are required to notify the ring.
Your page should be viewable with at least Netscape Navigator 4.0 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0.
The Webring Image must be located on the main page [the first page you go to when you click the link given to us to submit to the ring].
You may modify the Image to some extent and before placing it upon your page it must be okayed by the Ring.
The Webring Image must be on your page within 10 days of submission.
