Time to get started on the V.S. I removed the "plans built" stuff and added the new ribs per Mark Langford templates. Here I am putting the final finish on the top rib.
V.S. foam
Polyurethane microed in place. I used bungee cords to tighten everything in place until dry.
rudder foam
Because I used Dr.Dean hinge assembly I separated the rudder from the V.S. early and built it separate from the V.S. This is a slight deviation from Mark's plan but is warranted with this hinge assembly.
