While Goku is looking for the 4-star dragonball, the Red Ribbon Army is also looking for the dragonballs to wish for domonation. Goku then easily defeats the whole army stealing all their dragonballs. After hearing the stroy of how Tao Pai Pai killed Upah's father, Goku goes out to kill Tao Pai Pai. For Upah guards Karin tower with Gora, and they had helped Goku along the way. Tao Pai Pai was defeated by Goku and is killed. Goku then continues to destroy Red Ribbon Arm, when he decides to revive Upah's father. But he can't seem to find the last dragonball, so he goes to the witch and Master Roshi's sister, Baba. Goku goes to Baba for help asking her to look into her cyrstal ball and find out where the last dragonball is. But since Goku doesn't have any money, Goku pays Baba by fighting ghosts. The ghosts he fought were Dracula, the invisible man, a mummy, a devil and Goku's grandfather, Gohan. Baba then tells Goku after he finished killing all the ghosts, that the last dragon ball is with Palif. Goku easily gets it and wishes back Upah's father. He then traveled around the world training. | Three years had passed since the last Tenkaichi Budokai and so another is being held. Everyone from the last tournament joined, in addition to two students of Master Tsuru, Tao Pai Pai's brother. Their names are Tein and Chao-su. At first, they were quite mean and competitive aginst Goku, but after the tournament they became friends. The final round was between Goku and Tien. The battle was very long and quite equal, but with a few more tricks than Goku Tien barely wins. They celebrated for Tien, but then all of a sudden Krillin is killed. | |||
